My experience include working with world leading consulting and services companies such as BDO International, Price WaterhouseCoopers, Serco Plc accross different client verticals including Manufacturing, Retail, Banking, Telecom, Real Estate, Travel, Insurance and Financial Services. My experience includes:
- Developing and implementing outsourcing strategy for customers,
- Creating and Managing Center of Excellence for customers in Finance and Accounting and HR Function.
- Development of several tools and technologies including Business Process Management System and Workflows to enable outsourcing.
- Lead several Six Sigma Projects, Quality Assurance, Risk and Internal Controls Projects.
- Set up greenfield projects particularly Payroll and Finance and Accounting.
